PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser pumped laser device capable of improving device reliability.SOLUTION: A laser pumped laser device 1000 includes: a laser oscillator having a laminate structure containing a reflector and an active layer laminated on the reflector, a shielding part 50 that shields the laminate structure from a gaseous atmosphere, and an external reflector 700 disposed at a position to sandwich the active layer with the reflector; and an exciting semiconductor laser element 100 that emits a laser beam for exciting the active layer. In this case, reliability of the device may be improved. |
