PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volt-ampere characteristic generator that includes a voltage source and a current source and changes them to output with the current source when an output of the voltage source is unstable and with the voltage source when an output of the current source is unstable.SOLUTION: A volt-ampere characteristic generator includes: a voltage source; a current source; a selector which selects and outputs one of outputs of the voltage source and current source; a sense part which is connected to the output of the selector to output the output of the selector and also senses and feed-backs the voltage and current of the output; and a controller which receives the voltage and current sensed by the sense part and sets next output to the voltage source and current source, the controller determining an operation mode from which of the voltage source and current source a next output from the selector should be in addition to the setting of the next output. |
