PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor or the like capable of moving an advancing/retracting member with high accuracy and at a high speed by suppressing the uneven contact between a transducer and a sliding member and wobble in an optical axis direction between the transducer or the slide member moving integrally with the advancing/retracting member and the advancing/retracting member.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic motor includes: an advancing/retracting member 2 which is driven forward and backward along a prescribed direction; a transducer 9 which is ultrasonically vibrated by a drive voltage to be applied; a slide member 5 which is pressure welded with the transducer and can move relatively to the transducer along the prescribed direction; a coupling member 10 by which the slide member or the transducer is coupled to the advancing/retracting member; and an elastic energization means 11 by which the slide member is pressure welded with the transducer. The coupling member 10 is an elastic body which is different in spring constant depending on the direction. |
