PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of operating a manual operation type article discharge mechanism without opening a door and also easily returning to an operation mode of an electric driven type article discharge mechanism.SOLUTION: In an automatic vending machine, a wire 59 is run around inside a main body cabinet and an U-shaped suspending part 59A thereof is hooked on a hook part 41 hung from a solenoid 21. The wire 59 is linked to another wire 73 inside a guide part 77. Inside the guide part 77, one end of a spring 85 is connected to the wire 59 and the other end thereof is fixed to the guide part 77. Accordingly, when a grip part 65 is pulled to raise the hook part 41 and allow an article to be taken out, and thereafter the grip part 65 is let go, the spring 85 exerts a pull-back force; and therefore, even if the wire 59 abuts against a corner part 6 inside the main body cabinet in order to pull the wire 73 out of the main body cabinet, the wire 59 can be smoothly pulled back, and thereby the hook part 41 is securely moved down. |
