PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fin which improves heat dissipation performance while increasing a heat dissipation area more than a cooling fin formed only from pin fins, and also without blocking ventilation from a cooling fan provided together.SOLUTION: A cooling fin is configured by disposing lattice-shaped fins 3 which are formed by assembling heat dissipation members in a lattice shape, while fitting them into a plurality of pin fins 2 erected on a surface of a fin base 1. Each of the pin fins 2 is disposed within an opening 4 of the lattice-shaped fin 3 with a gap interposed around the pin fin 2, and the lattice-shaped fin 3 is brought into contact with at least one spot in the fin base 1 or the pin fin 2. |
