摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure dynamic light scattering in each position in a depth direction of a liquid while suppressing the increase in device cost, in a device which irradiates the inside of the liquid with light to measure dynamic scattering light generated by fine particles in the liquid.SOLUTION: Wide band light emitted from a laser light source 11 is divided into reference light and measurement light by an optical coupler 15, scattering light generated due to particles by irradiating the inside of a liquid OB with the measurement light is combined with the reference light by the optical coupler 15, and the resultant light is diffracted by wavelength in a diffraction grating 22 and is received by an imaging device 23. A sensor signal extraction circuit 42 converts a signal outputted from the imaging device 23 into digital data and outputs the digital data to a controller 50, and the controller 50 stores light intensity data associated with the position of the imaging device. The controller 50 uses the light intensity and the associated position of the imaging device to perform Fourier transform processing and thereby calculates a light intensity in each position in a depth direction of the liquid OB and takes the calculated light intensity as a function to detection time to calculate dynamic scattering light in each position.</p>
