PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device capable of reducing detection error due to unevenness in characteristics of components constituting a circuit while preventing increase of the size of circuit.SOLUTION: The detection device includes: a first detection coil L1 and a second detection coil L2 in which each of electromagnetic characteristics varies depending on displacement amount of a displacement body as a detection object; a driving circuit 1 that electrically drives detection coils L1 and L2 as a unit; a first detection circuit 2 that outputs a first detection signal representing a relative value between an electromagnetic characteristic value of the first detection coil L1 and an electromagnetic characteristic of the second detection coil L2; a second detection circuit 3 that outputs a second detection signal which represents an electromagnetic characteristic value of entire of the detection coils L1 and L2; and a signal processing circuit 4 that calculates a displacement amount X of the displacement body M1 based on the detection signals. |
