PURPOSE: A magnesium alloy resin composite structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to strongly maintain the connecting state by integration between a magnesium alloy material and a resin material. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium alloy resin composite structure which integrates different kinds of materials comprises a magnesium alloy part(1) and a resin part(2). The magnesium alloy part etches a magnesium alloy using two or more kind aqueous solutions, and includes a groove part of which the average area is 1-10um and a protrusion part.
