PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision server and a network system having the server, which control a provision service in response to simultaneity of requests from users with a given relationship, providing contingency and exerting a function of promoting the users to request repeatedly.SOLUTION: A service provision server includes: request information recording means for recording data of a clock-time at which the service provision server has received a request from a terminal device and a user ID in correlation with each other; near-time request information extraction means for extracting request information having clock-time data before and after a given range; relationship computation means for computing a relationship index of a user ID correlated with the extracted request information for an individual user ID; and provision service control means for controlling content of a service to be provided in accordance with a relationship index obtained for an individual user ID. |
