PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation apparatus or the like, configured to allow a button in a lower-layer screen to be operated without moving the screen to the top layer when a plurality of operation screens with a hierarchical structure are displayed in a layered manner on a touch panel, thereby improving operability.SOLUTION: An operation apparatus includes: display control means 13 which displays icons 311, 312 of a first screen 31 hidden by a second screen 32, on the second screen 32 in a display mode different from that when they are not hidden by the second screen 32; and operation determination means 13 which determines, on the basis of a result of touch detection means 12, whether a first operation with a preset operation mode has been performed on an icon in the first screen 31 displayed on the second screen 32, or a second operation with an arbitrary operation mode has been performed on an icon on the second screen, when the second screen 32 is displayed in the display means 11 while covering at least a part of the first screen 31. |
