PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of an electronic control device monitoring whether a prescribed event repeatedly occurs or not.SOLUTION: A state signal generation circuit 66 generates a state signal (S4) showing an injection state of an injector 2 on the basis of a voltage value (S3) applied to the injector 2, which is acquired by a voltage value monitoring circuit 64. When an edge detection unit 40 detects the rise of the state signal (S4) to output an initialization signal before a measurement value of a timer 36 reaches a prescribed value, a timer unit 34 initializes the measurement value of the timer 36. If the initialization signal is not outputted from the edge detection unit 40 before the measurement value of the timer 36 reaches the prescribed value, the timer unit 34 outputs a notification signal when the measurement value of the timer 36 reaches the prescribed value. In response to output of the notification signal from the timer unit 34, an abnormality signal output unit 42 outputs an emergency stop signal (S5) for stopping fuel injection of the injector 2, and an interrupt occurs in a software processing unit 50 to execute interrupt handling. |
