PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a transfer face to a resin made sheet, and to form a thick part that has an order of magnitude different from that of the same, and has a large projection dimension.SOLUTION: Processing is performed by: a transportation process in which a resin made sheet 25 is transported between a first mold and a second mold that are arranged to counter and have a transfer face on at least one face of the opposite molds; a holding process in which a resin made sheet 25 is held between both molds in a state in which a transfer face is contacted to at least one face; and a transfer molding process in which at least one of the molds is heated, thereby a transfer face is transferred to at least one face of a resin made sheet 25, and a thick part 26 in which a projection dimension is larger than the maximum height of a convexoconcave to form light control means formed to a surface of the transfer face is formed to one face of a resin made sheet 25 by a recess to form a light introduction part formed to the molds.
