<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture processing unit capable of homogenizing moisture generated in a closed space.SOLUTION: The moisture processing unit includes: a processing container (6) for accommodating an object to be sterilized (11), in which an approximately closed processing space (3) is formed for sterilization processing; a bearing member for bearing the object to be sterilized in the processing space in a state allowing for sterilization; water supply means (4) which supplies water content into the processing space; heating means (5) which heats the water content supplied to the processing space; a spiral member (14) rotatable along the inner surface of the processing container; and rotation means (2) which relatively rotates the spiral member with respect to the inner wall of the processing container.</p> |
