The present invention relates to a position-changeable active channel excore measurement system. The system includes: an active channel neutron measurement unit which generates a neutron voltage pulse by interaction between a neutron escaping from a nuclear reactor vessel and B-10 of a BF3 counter; a moderator box which contains a moderator for reducing the kinetic energy of the neutron by colliding with the neutron; a counting rate calculation unit which primarily amplifies the neutron voltage pulse, removes gamma-ray and alpha-ray noise included in the amplified neutron voltage pulse signal, and calculates a counting rate of the BF3 counter from the neutron voltage pulse signal; and a position change unit which is mounted on the moderator box and moves the BF3 counter in the vertical direction according to the calculated counting rate of the BF3 counter.
