The present invention relates to a cooling device having a cooling division duct to divide and discharge coolant to each of two or more battery modules or two or more battery packs. The cooling device comprises a duct main body having a hollow portion in which coolant can flow; a coolant inlet formed on the duct main body to introduce the coolant into the hollow portion of the duct main body; two or more coolant outlets formed on the duct main body to let the coolant introduced through the coolant inlet be discharged to each of battery modules or battery packs via the hollow portion of the duct main body; and a cooling member for supplying the coolant into hollow portion of the duct main body through the coolant inlet.
