PURPOSE: A method for providing a user interface, a portable terminal therefor, and a computer-readable recording medium are provided to enable a user to connect a digital device with an external output device or a cradle, thereby providing a user interface suitable for the digital device. CONSTITUTION: A display unit displays the first UI for a terminal on a screen. The first external output terminal is connected to an external output device. A UI providing system comprises a portable terminal(110), a cradle, and an external output device(130). The portable terminal is connected to a wire/wireless communication network to wirelessly perform voice communication and data communication. |
