The present invention relates to an organic dye compound, and a dye sensitized sola cell including thereof, and more specifically, to: an organic dye compound with improved photo-electric conversion efficiency; and a dye sensitized sola cell including thereof. The organic dye compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1: X is a single bond, sulfur (S), or oxygen (O); n is 0 or 1; R1 is a C1-C20 alkylene group; p is an integer of 1-3; and R2 is a C1-C20 alkyl group.
