The present invention relates to a digital hologram image display device which reproduces a hologram interference fringe image data as a three-dimensional image. The digital hologram image display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a spatial light modulator for displaying a hologram interference fringe image; a backlight unit including light sources which irradiates light to the spatial light modulator; a user detection apparatus for calculating a distance between the spatial light modulator and a user; and a focal distance changing device which changes a focal distance of light outputted from the spatial light modulator depending to the distance between the spatial light modulator and the user.
