A hybrid message service apparatus according to the present invention comprises a communication unit for transceiving data with a mobile communication company server and an alarm message transmission request server connected through a network; a data reception unit for receiving message transmission request information including an alarm message and a message reception telephone number from the alarm message transmission request server through the communication unit; a phone information confirmation unit for receiving the phone information of a message reception telephone number from the mobile communication company server and for transmitting the phone information request information including the message reception telephone number to the mobile communication company server; a message conversion unit for converting the alarm message into a message service format by selecting the message service format among multiple message service formats based on the phone information of the message reception telephone number; and a message transmission processing unit for transmitting the message reception telephone number and the alarm message converted into the selected message service format to the message transmission server. |
