PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of preventing freezing of a heat exchange element and the like without stopping a ventilating operation.SOLUTION: A heat exchange type ventilation device 1A includes: a heat exchange element 2 exchanging heat between outside air OA sucked from outdoors, and return air RA sucked from indoors; an air supply fan 3SA sucking the outside air OA and blowing out the outside air OA having exchanged heat with the return air RA by the heat exchange element 2 indoors as supply air SA; an exhaust fan 3EA sucking the return air RA and blowing out the return air RA having exchanged heat with the outside air OA by the heat exchange element 2 outdoors as exhaust air EA; and a bypass air trunk 18 blowing out the air bypassing the heat exchange element 2 and not exchanging heat with the outside air OA, to an exhaust blowout space 15EA. |
