PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of allowing air to flow to the whole air trunk passing through a heat exchange element.SOLUTION: A heat exchange-type ventilation device 1A includes: a straightening plate 8SA for allowing airflow sucked to a fan suction port 31a from a supply air blowout port 21SA at a side near an air supply fan 3SA to bypass in a width direction of the supply air blowout port 21SA of a heat exchange element 2, and to be straightened so that the air is respectively sucked from the supply air blowout port 21SA at a side near the air supply fan 3SA and that at a side far from the air supply fan 3SA by the almost same amounts; and a straightening plate 8EA for allowing the airflow sucked to the fan suction port 31a from an exhaust blowout port 21EA at a side near an exhaust fan 3EA to bypass in a width direction of the exhaust blowout port 21EA of the heat exchange element 2, and to be straightened so that the air is respectively sucked from the exhaust blowout port 21EA at a side near the exhaust fan 3EA and that at a side far from the exhaust fan 3EA by the almost same amounts. |
