PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically provide a replacement for a plurality of retailers.SOLUTION: A shipping management system is configured to have: a replacement pattern DB that stores products ordered by a retailer and places of production thereof, which are input from a terminal, and a replacement pattern composed of a set of products (replacements) serving as replacements for the products and places of production thereof by giving priority; first processing means that collects the order from the retailer for each of the products and the places of production; second processing means that calculates a production amount for each of the products and the places of production, calculates a reserve amount of the products from the calculated production amount of the products and an order amount for each of the products calculated by the first processing means, and collates the reserve amount with the order amount; and third processing means that, when the order amount of the products to be ordered is not reserved as a collation result by the second processing means, allocates the replacements within the reserved amount of the products on the basis of the replacement pattern stored in the replacement pattern DB. |
