PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing chip for biochemical reaction analysis capable of increasing analysis accuracy in biochemical reaction analysis.SOLUTION: The processing chip for biochemical reaction analysis includes: a processing chip main body which has an injection port for injecting a specimen for biochemical reaction analysis; a holding chamber for holding the injected specimen; a dispensing chamber 14 which is connected to the holding chamber via a first flow path 13 for dispensing the specimen; plural quantitative chambers 15 which is connected to the dispensing chamber 14 for holding the dispensed specimen; and plural measuring chambers which is connected to the quantitative chambers 15 via a second flow path for allowing the specimen to react with a reagent for biochemical reaction analysis. In the plural quantitative chambers 15, a quantitative chamber 15, which is positioned away from the first flow path 13, is formed at a position where the distance from a central point of the rotation in the rotational movement of the processing chip main body is larger than that of the quantitative chamber 15 positioned closer to the first flow path 13.
