PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a tide embankment by a fill reinforced earth method using a honeycomb structure and a planar reinforcement which uses a geosynthetic reinforced earth retaining wall having a rigid integrated wall for an upstream-side front slope cover of tsunami protection facilities (tide embankments, sea embankments, river embankments near river mouths, and the like), and uses a planar reinforcement and a cell structure comprising continuous honeycomb structures.SOLUTION: In a method for constructing a tide embankment by a fill reinforced earth method using a honeycomb structure and a planar reinforcement, bank fill 14 constructed on a foundation ground 10 and three-surface concrete 11, 15, 12 comprising a front slope cover 11 having a recurved parapet, a top surface cover 15, and a rear slope cover 12 are provide, a concrete reinforced earth retaining wall having a rigid integrated wall is constructed on the front slope cover 11 on the upstream side, and tier stand type geosynthetic reinforced fill comprising a geocell structure of continuous honeycomb structures is constructed on the rear slope cover 12 on the downstream side. |
