PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet which can prevent yellow discoloration, reduce a cost and prevent glass from scattering, and to provide a display apparatus.SOLUTION: The protective sheet comprises: a glass substrate; a first layer stacked on one principal surface of the glass substrate; a second layer stacked on the first layer; and an antireflection film attached on the other principal surface of the glass substrate. The first layer contains polyorganosiloxane (A) and a metal oxide particle (B), the second layer contains polyorganosiloxane (C), and the antireflection film contains an organic substance. A transmittance of a stacked body of the glass substrate, the first layer and the second layer is 82% or less at a wave length of 340 nm. |
