PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that suppresses the generation of melting remainder even when being melted in an electromagnetic induction heating method.SOLUTION: A toner contains a flake-like electric conduction material in which: when a length of the maximum diameter in a plane direction is an a-axial length, a length of the minimum diameter in the plane direction is a b-axial length, and a length of the maximum diameter in a direction orthogonal to the plane direction is a c-axial length, the aspect ratio of "a-axial length/b-axial length" is 1 or more and 2 or less, and the aspect ratio of "a-axial length/c-axial length" is 2 or more.
