PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-capacitance multilayer ceramic electronic part excellent in reliability, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic electronic part comprises: a ceramic main body 10 including a dielectric layer 1; internal electrodes 21 and 22 opposed to each other through the dielectric layer 1; and external electrodes 31 and 32 formed on the outside of the ceramic main body 10, and electrically connected with the internal electrodes 21 and 22. The internal electrodes 21 and 22 include first ceramic powder (BaTiO) 11 having a size as large as 70-100% of the internal electrode thickness. According to the present invention, the improvement can be made in a crack or break caused by differences in shrinkage and tension between each internal electrode and the dielectric and thus, a large-capacitance multilayer ceramic electronic part excellent in capacitance and reliability can be embodied. |
