PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen inspection chip disposed in a biochemical reaction analyzer capable of detecting a detection target from an injected specimen like blood with high measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: The specimen inspection chip includes: an injection chamber 28 formed in the chip main body for holding the specimen injected from an injection port 27 for injecting a specimen; plural measuring chambers 9 which are connected to the injection chamber via a flow path within the chip main body for generating a mixed liquid reagent by making the specimen flowing in from the injection chamber and a reagent held therein react; and plural marker chambers 26 for measuring fluorescence amount in a portion of the main body on a rotation orbit where the measuring chambers are positioned when the main body performs rotational movement.
