<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spacer for reinforced concrete, capable of manufacturing spacers for reinforced concrete having various sizes efficiently and at low cost.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a spacer for reinforced concrete includes: a circular pipe cutting step of cutting a circular pipe body having a specified length for forming a spacer from a long circular pipe member; a bolt supporting step of inserting a shank of a bolt into an insertion hole formed in a mounting table and supporting the bolt in a state that one end of the bolt is exposed to the upper surface side of the mounting table; a circular pipe body mounting step of vertically installing the circular pipe body for forming the spacer on the mounting table so that one end of the bolt is accommodated inside the circular pipe body for forming the spacer cut by a predetermined length; and a ready-mixed concrete pouring step of pouring ready-mixed concrete from the upper end side of the circular pipe body for forming the spacer vertically installed on the mounting table.</p> |
