PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic comprising components in a well-balanced manner, in which the component acts on cells constructing skin by stabilizing metabolism in epidermis and retaining activity of dermal cells in a normal status.SOLUTION: Pig placenta intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid are filled up in a glass container and preserved after purification treatment with membrane separation using pore diffusion method without dilution using another liquid and inactivation treatment onto bacteria with heating treatment and chemical treatment. As a membrane, it is used a recycle cellulose flat membrane. In the cosmetic of the present invention, placental fluid is utilized without dilution and heating, thus the cytokine content ratio is maintained at high level and its component is utilized without denaturation. Therefore, it is provided a cosmetic which provides reduced stimulation on skin and exerts whitening effect and anti-aging effect without providing discomfort feeling, such as stickiness, after application onto skin. |
