摘要 A method and an apparatus for collecting an abnormal call and a communication service system using the same are provided to extract a self end call among collected incomplete calls within a preset time and store and manage information of a distinguished abnormal call by distinguishing an abnormal call presumed as a spam call according to a comparison result between a unit time frequency of the end call by an originating terminal and a preset frequency. An apparatus for collecting an abnormal call during a communication service comprises an incomplete call colleting unit(210), a self end call extracting unit(220), an abnormal call distinguishing unit(230) and an abnormal call information storing unit(240). The incomplete call colleting unit collects information of an incomplete call among calls generated by a communication service. The self end call extracting unit extracts a self end call among within a preset time incomplete calls collected by the incomplete call colleting unit. An abnormal call distinguishing unit distinguishes an abnormal call presumed as a spam call according to a comparison result between a unit time frequency of the self end call by an originating terminal and a preset frequency. The abnormal call information storing unit stores information of the abnormal call distinguished by the abnormal call distinguishing unit.
