The present invention relates to a midge globin protein chip for detecting sediment ecotoxicity of nanosilver particles and a use thereof. The midge globin protein chip is obtained from a midge that is an indicator species of which sequence information is not found. The midge globin protein chip is used for an ecotoxicity testing under novel nanosilver exposure conditions; can be advantageously used for an accurate testing of ecotoxic pollution in ecotoxic pollution conditions caused by nanosilver particles; and thus can significantly contribute to developing a solution for the pollution. |
