PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for allowing an image forming apparatus to be used with higher security authority than preset authority, according to use history of the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus (200) includes storage means (1901) storing function lock information and authority information, receiving means (1902) receiving an authentication request, and transmission means (1903) transmitting function restriction information. An image forming apparatus (300) includes transmission means (1904) for transmitting the authentication request, receiving means (1905) for receiving the function restriction information, and display control means (1906) for displaying functions of which use is restricted in a list. The display control means displays a function with permission so as to receive user operation for executing the function, displays a function with non-permission so as not to receive the user operation, and displays a function with lock so as to indicate a lock state in authentication in a recording medium. |
