<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of properly designing both insertion load into and release load from a ring groove.SOLUTION: Lateral protrusions projecting from both lateral faces of a body in a width direction are formed and flat contact surfaces are formed on ends of the projections. The protrusions have two tapered surfaces extending from the contact surfaces to the body, and an angle of one tapered surface toward one end that contacts a bottom surface of a ring groove is set to be small, while an angle of the other tapered surface toward an opening of the ring groove is set to be large.</p> |
