PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognizably indicate a biological part necessary for a registration with respect to a customer when biological information is registered in a new IC card (medium).SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized in comprising: biological information reading guide support processing means which acquires biological parts of one or plural pieces of registered biological information from an inserted medium, and causes display means to display a biological information reading guidance screen including a guidance display part recognizably displaying a read biological part and an unread biological part among all the acquired biological parts; authentication processing means for performing authentication processing on the basis of the one or plural pieces of registered biological information of the medium, and each piece of biological information of a customer acquired from biological information reading means; and biological information registering means for, when the authentication using the one or plural pieces of registered biological information by the authentication processing means is successful, registering the successfully authenticated one or plural pieces of biological information in a new different medium. |
