PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a fin for a heat exchanger, and the fin for the heat exchanger, capable of improving strength, and increasing a height of a flange of a collar portion after molding even when a thinned pure aluminum-based plate is used as a raw material.SOLUTION: A surface of an aluminum thin plate 1 is pre-coated with a hydrophilic coating film, and then molded by a method of combination of draw/ironing to form a collar portion 11 of a fin. Here, a dome-shaped projecting portion 2 is molded on a region of the aluminum thin plate 1 by bulging of a first process, then coining of only the region of the dome-shaped projecting portion 2 is locally performed to further form the dome-shaped projecting portion 4 having pads bulging outward, and then drawing and succeeding processing of a second process are performed. |
