The present invention relates to an automatic rubber band sewing machine and a manufacturing method thereof being capable of improving production capacity per hour by simplifying and automating a process of introducing a rubber band with a predetermined length; sewing and connecting both ends of the rubber band; and also checking a pattern location in the rubber band that is to be introduced to control the pattern location in the rubber band after sewing. The automatic rubber band sewing machine, an automatic rubber band sewing system and the controlling method thereof according to the present invention may improve sewing performance per hour by simplifying a sewing process performed by an existing automatic sewing machine; locate a pattern formed on a surface of the rubber band at a desired position of the rubber band; and mass-produce rubber bands with excellent quality by controlling the configuration of the machine. |
