In the formula (I), M represents a 14 to 16-membered ring macrolide which may be substituted, A represents a triazole-linear or branched C1 to 6 alkylene group or a linear or branched C1 to 20 alkylene-NHC(=O)-, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, or a group binding to a carbon atom at a 5-position of the 14 membered-ring macrolide skeleton represented by M, where a hydroxyl group binding the carbon atom at the 5-position of the macrolide skeleton represented by M is missing. |
