A polarizing plate comprises a polarizing unit in a multiple layers structure disposed on one surface of a first base layer and having multiple lattice patterns spaced away from predetermined intervals; and a blocking unit disposed on one surface of the first base layer and distant from the polarizing unit. Therefore, provided is the polarizing plate to improve the brightness of the display device and to prevent the bending phenomenon of the panel.
