PURPOSE: A biomarker protein for diagnosing methylene chloride intoxication is provided to sensitively and specifically detect intoxication. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing methylene chloride intoxication contains: chain A of glutathione transferase mutant Y115f; mictochondria glutathione S-transferase; glutathione S-transferase alpha-2; beta-1 globin; hemoglobin beta-2 subunit-like protein; alpha-2u globulin biomarker protein; or an antibody which specifically binds to an immunogen fragment thereof. |
