The present invention relates to a double welded structure of a vehicle door trim for forming a door trim of a vehicle as being assembled by heat-welding. The double welded structure comprises: a main trim including a through-hole; a welding member inserted into the through-hole and in which a circumferential fusion boss forming axial grooves is included; and a circumferential secondary welding member inserted into the groove of the welding member. The welding member and the secondary welding member are welded by heat in order for the main trim to be fixed. The double welded structure of the vehicle door trim can increase the fastening force of contact surface between the main trim and the welding member, prevent the flow in a lateral direction, prevent the vibration and the flow, and reduce the occurrence of noise. |
