METHOD FOR FORMING MICRO LENSES

A method for forming a microlens comprises as follows: a step of preparing a substrate where multiple penetrating holes are arranged; a step of forming a first molding body having multiple convex units positioned inside the penetrating holes respectively by coating and hardening resin for forming the first molding body on the substrate; a step of forming a second molding body having multiple concave units corresponding to the convex units respectively by coating and hardening resin for forming the second molding body on the convex units and the substrate; a step of separating the second molding body from the convex units and the substrate; a step of forming a microlens unit having multiple microlenses corresponding to the concave units respectively by coating and hardening resin for forming a third molding body on the second molding body in order to fill the concave unit of the second molding body; and a step of separating the microlens unit from the second molding body.
