摘要 The present invention relates to a rotary drying apparatus directly using hot air. A screw conveyor (30) for supplying hot air and the air is arranged on a lower end of a dryer (10) to supply hot air and the air, generated from an external heat source, to inside the dryer (10) to bring the hot air and the air into direct contact with an object to be dried, thereby improving drying efficiency. In addition, because there is a risk of explosion when an abnormal pressure occurs inside the dryer (10) during operation, a rupture disc (45) is provided in an exhaust pipe (40) to be ruptured when an abnormal pressure occurs inside the dryer (10) to exhaust dry flue gas at the abnormal pressure to the outside to prevent the explosion, thereby enabling a user to safely use the rotary drying apparatus. Further, because pressure inside the dryer (10) becomes variable while moisture included in an object to be dried is being evaporated, a manometer (80) is provided on the dryer (10) and a controller (90) compares a measured internal pressure value with a setting value and controls a ventilator (41) such that the measured internal pressure value becomes equal to the setting value to maintain the internal pressure of the dryer (10) to a proper pressure, thereby allowing the dryer (10) to be operated in the best pressure conditions. A liquid discharge valve (70) is also arranged on the bottom of the dryer to discharge an object to be dried when the object to be dried is liquid, thereby preventing the object to be dried from remaining inside the dryer.
