Disclosed in the present invention is a test block for a hydraulic actuator of a turbine steam valve. The disclosed test block for a hydraulic actuator of a turbine system includes at least an emergency stop block among an openable block which is coupled to a shut-off valve spot coupled to the hydraulic actuator of a turbine steam valve and forms the flow passage of test oil; an emergency-stop block which is coupled to an emergency-stop valve spot coupled to the hydraulic actuator and forms the flow passage of the test oil; and a driving block which is coupled to a driving valve spot coupled to the hydraulic actuator and forms the flow passage of the test oil which passed through the openable block.
