The present invention relates to a round bar cutter and, more specifically, to an automatic 3-way chute-type material processing device for a round bar cutter capable of automatically loading cut round bars, separately loading residues and materials, and continuously operating a cutter by increasing the amount of the loaded materials. The automatic 3-way chute-type material processing device for a round bar cutter is a material processing device having three chutes for discharging the materials and the residues cut by the round bar cutter. The automatic 3-way chute-type material processing device for a round bar cutter comprises: one draw-in chute for drawing the cut materials or residues in; a first discharge chute horizontally extended from the draw-in chute; a second discharge chute extended from the draw-in chute at a predetermined inclination to be positioned in a state of being inclined at a predetermined angle to the first discharge chute; a third discharge chute extended from the draw-in chute at a predetermined inclination to be positioned at a predetermined angle to the first discharge chute in the opposite direction of the second discharge chute; one door arranged between the draw-in chute and the first to third discharge chutes to open and close the inlet of the first to third discharge chutes; and a multi-stepped cylinder for operating the rotary motion of an orbit movable shaft which rotates along an orbit and connected to a fixed rotation shaft by a lever; wherein the fixed rotary shaft is connected to one end of the door. |
