The unit (100) has a glass pane (104) moving between uprights (108a, 108b) of frame (102) and comprising bars (114a, 114b). The glass pane is moved from a closed position to swing position and from the swing position to open position. Locking devices (150a, 150b) prevent the pane to pass from the open position to the swing position. Each of the devices includes a first unit in form of female profile to assure removable fixing of the device on the upright in top part of the glass pane and a second unit in form of U forming a housing in which the bars are placed.
