The present invention relates to a measurement structure for installing a spool of a marine pipeline which includes a fixing member mounted on one end of a pipe installed on a seafloor; a fixing unit on which the other end of the pipe is installed and which has a winding reel; and a connection line of which the end is individually connected to the fixing member and fixing unit and which is wound according to control of the winding reel. The present invention allows a worker to easily install the pipeline at a designated position while confirming the position and the angle of the pipeline embedded into the seafloor so that the present invention reduces work times and work costs.
