The present invention relates to a system for providing a call service in a vehicle, and more specifically, to a system for providing a call service in a vehicle which allows a driver driving inside a vehicle to be provided with call and data services through a separate mobile phone support device instead of directly using a mobile phone. The system for providing a call service in a vehicle by being linked to a server in a network according to the present invention comprises: a service performing unit which is wirelessly connected to a user communication terminal in a vehicle, and performs a call service in a vehicle; a terminal authenticating server to authenticate the user communication terminal over a network; and a service providing server to provide a call service to the service performing unit over a network according to the result of the authentication performed by the terminal authentication server. According to the present invention, a driver in a vehicle can be provided with a call service and a short message check service through a separate mobile phone support device instead of directly using a mobile phone, thereby considerably improving driver safety and convenience.
