The present invention relates to a digital inspection apparatus for measuring the height of a handle, which can measure the height of the handle quickly and accurately and is easy to work. To this end, the present invention provides a digital inspection apparatus for measuring the height of a die casting handle. The digital inspection apparatus includes: a casing; a base part provided at a lower part of the casing, and provided with a plurality of seating jigs to fix a handle; a plurality of measuring parts provided at an upper part of the casing, being in contact with a plurality of positions of the handle fixed to the base part, and respectively provided with sensor units to measure the height of the handle; a moving part to move the measuring parts vertically; lower sensing units respectively provided on the seating jigs; and a monitoring part electrically connected to the sensing units and the lower sensing units. The monitoring part includes a display unit corresponding to each of the sensing units. The base part is additionally provided with a fixing shaft which passes through a hub of the handle for height measurement to be fixed thereto. A serration unit having a sawtooth shape according to a circumferential direction thereof is arranged at a hub groove provided in the center of the handle. A serration insertion portion having an outer peripheral surface corresponding to the sawtooth shape of the serration unit is provided at an end of the fixing shaft. Each measuring part is provided with a lamp to illuminate a portion to be measured in which an error occurs. |
