The invention relates to a method for the production of a part comprising aluminium, said method being characterised in that it includes a step involving the selective laser sintering of a mixture comprising: a polymer powder, a powder of a quasi-crystalline aluminium alloy, and a powder of a reinforcing compound forming a contact angle of less than 90° with a polymer drop placed on the surface thereof and having a thermal conductivity of less than 100 W/m.K at 20°C, the sum of the weight of the alloy and the weight of the reinforcing compound not exceeding 80% of the total weight of the mixture.
